Unless you purchased TicketPlan®’s Refund Promise with your order, your tickets are only eligible for a refund if the following circumstances apply:
(a) an Event is cancelled;
(b) an Event is moved to another date and you decide not to retain your Booking for the rescheduled Event; or
(c) details of an Event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act or venue)
We cannot refund your ticket outside of these circumstances. However, if you’re unable to attend the event you can reallocate the tickets into the name of somebody who would like to attend in your place. See ‘Can I change the name of the ticket holder?’
You can usually reallocate tickets up to midnight the day before the event, or midnight on Thursday for events taking place between the following Friday and Sunday.
If you used our Guest Checkout facility and didn’t create a WeGotTickets account but would now like to do so, you can use the ‘Recover guest purchases’ option on our login page. From there you’ll be able to create an account which will contain your original guest order(s).
If you can’t remember whether you bought TicketPlan®’s Refund Promise with your tickets you can log into your WeGotTickets account, click on 'My tickets' and find your order - if TicketPlan®’s Refund Promise was included then this will be stated here. If you have bought TicketPlan®’s Refund Promise and need to apply for a refund you can do so via TicketPlan®’s refund application form.
