Don't worry. If you didn't receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folders as it may have been filtered there.

To make sure you receive important emails from us please add to your Contact List or Safe Sender List. Please see here for more info on how to do this.

If you're missing any ticket emails you can then retry sending them from the 'My tickets' area of your WeGotTickets account. Just click the 'Resend email' button and this will resend your ticket confirmation to your registered email address. 

If you chose to checkout as a Guest and you haven't received your confirmation email then please contact our Support department here.

Sometimes email addresses can be entered incorrectly when registering an account. To update your registered email address simply log in, go to 'My account' and click the 'edit' option next to Email.

If you used our Guest Checkout function and did not create a WeGotTickets account you will need to contact us to resend your confirmation email or create an account for you. You can get in touch using the form here.
