If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ mail folders as the email may have been diverted there.
To make sure you receive important emails from us please add tickets@wegottickets.com to your Contact List or Safe Sender List. For more information see www.wegottickets.com/safesenders.
You can then try re-sending your confirmation email from the 'My tickets' area of your WeGotTickets account. Just click the 'Resend email' button and this will resend your confirmation email to your registered email address.
If you need to update your registered email address, log in to your WeGotTickets account, go to 'My account' and click the 'update' option in the ‘Email address’ section.
If you used our Guest Checkout facility and didn’t create an account when purchasing the tickets, you can use the ‘Recover guest purchases’ option on our login page. From there you’ll be able to create an account which will contain your original guest order(s).
