TicketPlan®’s Refund Promise is an optional service administered by our partners TicketPlan®. If you can’t attend an event due to one of the specified unexpected circumstances in TicketPlan®’s terms and conditions, you’ll be able to apply via TicketPlan® for a refund. 

You will be offered the option to purchase the Refund Promise when booking your tickets.
