We know how frustrating it is when an event you're looking forward to is cancelled or postponed. If we’re notified that a show won’t be going ahead as planned, we do everything we can to let ticket holders know as soon as we do. We’ll send a notification to the same email address that you used for the original ticket purchase and, when possible, will also inform you by text message.
Sometimes we’re not able to reach everyone at short notice, but we will always do our best to let you know before you head out.
If an event is cancelled, we’ll refund the face value of your tickets, if it's postponed your tickets will be valid for the new date.
