We know how frustrating it is when an event you're looking forward to is cancelled or postponed better than most, so we'll let you know as soon as a cancellation or postponement is confirmed to us by the venue or event organiser. This notification will be sent to the same email address that you used for the original ticket purchase.

Sometimes it's not possible to reach everyone when an event is cancelled at the last minute, but we'll do our best to inform you and to make sure the venue or event organiser takes every possible step to let you know before you head out.

If an event is cancelled we usually refund the face value of your ticket, if it's postponed tickets are usually valid for the new date.
