If you can’t remember whether you bought TicketPlan®’s Refund Promise with your tickets, log in to your WeGotTickets account, and click on ‘My Tickets’. If TicketPlan®’s Refund Promise was included with your order, this will be stated here. 

If you used our Guest Checkout facility and didn’t create an account when purchasing the tickets, you can use the ‘Recover guest purchases’ option on our login page. Simply enter the email address you used for the guest order(s) and you’ll be able to create an account which will contain all tickets purchased using your email address.
