In most cases you don’t need to pick any tickets up at the venue. Instead, your tickets are delivered instantly via a unique booking reference or barcode which you use to gain access to the event. When you’ve placed your order, your tickets will be available for download from your order confirmation page. Simply use the ‘Download PDF’ link to save your tickets to your device. We’ll also send a confirmation email to the email address you used to purchase the tickets. 

Simply show your ticket confirmation PDF, or your booking confirmation email, when you arrive at the event. Alternatively, you can make a note of your booking reference, and take it with you to the event. 


If you’re concerned that you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ mail folders as the email may have been diverted there. To make sure you receive important emails from us please add tickets@wegottickets.com to your Contact List or Safe Sender List. For more information see www.wegottickets.com/safesenders. 


If there are unusual circumstances which require you to collect tickets from the venue, the event page, ticket PDF or confirmation email will contain all the information you require regarding ticket collection.
