We don’t send out tickets in the post. Instead, your tickets are delivered instantly via a unique booking reference or barcode which you use to gain access to the event. When you’ve placed your order, your tickets will be available for download from your order confirmation page. Simply use the ‘Download PDF’ link to save your tickets to your device. We’ll also send a confirmation email to the email address you used to purchase the tickets. 

If you’re concerned that you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ mail folders as the email may have been diverted there. To make sure you receive important emails from us please add tickets@wegottickets.com to your Contact List or Safe Sender List. For more information see www.wegottickets.com/safesenders. 


If you have an account with us, you can find your tickets by logging in to your WeGotTickets account and clicking on 'My tickets'. From here you can see details of the tickets you've bought and re-send the confirmation email to yourself. 


If you used our Guest Checkout facility and didn’t create an account when purchasing the tickets, you can use the ‘Recover guest purchases’ option on our login page. Simply enter the email address you used for the guest order(s) and you’ll be able to create an account which will contain your original guest order(s).
