When you have successfully placed an order, you’ll be presented with an order confirmation page where there will be a ‘Download PDF’ link to save your tickets to your device. We’ll also send a confirmation email to the email address you used to purchase the tickets.
If you were presented with the order confirmation page and were able to download your ticket PDF then your order was successful. Successful booking references will always begin with a lower case 't' and look something like this: t01231613231692, or t01231613231692b1.
If you’re concerned that you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your ‘Spam’ or ‘Junk’ mail folders as the email may have been diverted there. To make sure you receive important emails from us please add tickets@wegottickets.com to your Contact List or Safe Sender List. For more information see www.wegottickets.com/safesenders.
If you have an account with us, you can check if your transaction went through by logging in to your WeGotTickets account and going to 'My tickets'. From here you can see details of the tickets you've bought and re-send confirmation emails to yourself.
If you used our Guest Checkout facility and didn’t create an account when purchasing the tickets, you can use the ‘Recover guest purchases’ option on our login page. Simply enter the email address you used for the guest order(s) and you’ll be able to create an account which will contain all tickets that you have purchased successfully.
