As we sell tickets on behalf of the event organiser or venue it is the event organiser’s decision whether to allow or refuse ticket transfers. Please note that we are only able to transfer tickets to an event organised by the same event organiser who listed the event that you currently hold tickets for, and only if they approve the transfer. 


If you want to request a ticket transfer, please do feel free to contact us, and we'll contact the event organiser or venue on your behalf. If they authorise a transfer, and we have tickets available for the event that you’d rather attend, we'll process the transfer for you. Should your preferred ticket option be more expensive than the one you currently have, we'll need to charge you the difference in ticket price.
