Don't panic - double check you're using the correct email address to log in with and are entering your password correctly. If your browser has pre-filled the password field with a previously saved password then make sure to delete this and type in your password manually. If you've forgotten your password enter your email address in the space in the 'Forgot password?' section on the login page - we'll reset your password and email it over to you.

Sometimes customers can have problems logging in to their account because they've accidentally registered multiple accounts with the same email address. If you think you might have duplicate accounts, drop our Support department a line from here and we'll sort that out for you.
