We don't set concessionary policies ourselves - they're at the event organiser or venue's discretion, and therefore vary from event to event. 

If the event page you're looking at doesn't specify who is eligible for the concessionary tickets we'd advise trying to find this out directly from the venue or event organiser - unfortunately, it's unlikely we have any more information than is displayed on the event listing. Alternatively, you can Contact Us and we'll try and reach the venue or event organiser on your behalf.

If you buy a concessionary ticket please make sure that the person using that ticket is eligible for the concession; if you can't prove this you will be asked to pay the difference on the door or refused entry, in which case we can't refund you.
