We would like to clarify how our customers may be affected by the impact of the Coronavirus on the live event industry.

The Government has told all venues (cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants, nightclubs, theatres, gyms, cinemas and leisure centres) to close, and they have advised that the situation will be reviewed each month.

This has led to many events due to take place over the coming weeks being cancelled or postponed.

If you hold tickets for a cancelled event you will not need to contact us to request a refund. We will contact you to inform you of the cancellation and will automatically process a refund back to your original payment method.

If you hold tickets for a postponed event we will contact you with details of the postponement. You will be offered the option of holding on to your tickets for use at the rescheduled date, or of obtaining a refund.

We are processing an unprecedented number of refunds, so if our response time is a little slower than usual please bear with us in these extraordinary times.
